The key thing about a wedding is that you do actually have to get married! The wedding ceremony itself really was, for us, the main event. With plans for over 90 people to witness the moment we said “I Do”, having confidence in the celebrant was key…
For us, we had the best celebrant you could ask for.
Helen gave us the opportunity to meet with her ahead of the day and spent time finding out about us and what was important to us. She was a key source of information about what we could and couldn’t have in our ceremony. She was brilliant in explaining to us what would happen during the ceremony and worked with us to accommodate key elements that were meaningful for us.
Helen also has a great sense of humour and so the whole meeting with her was great fun! On the day in seeing her ahead of the ceremony she was very calming and reassuring. We knew she had everything under control. Many people say they can barely remember their ceremony because of the stress. For us it was the opposite- because of Helen’s reassuring presence we could enjoy and take our special moment. Helen was central to making our day truly the best of our lives. She’s kind, fun and professional and we can’t recommend her highly enough.
